Your little ones will begin to associate positive actions with praise. The idea of the star jar reward system is to reward good behaviour as well as teaching delayed gratification. Delayed gratification is a term that refers to having patience and holding out for rewards. Although smaller rewards are received more quickly they often do not hold as much value, this is called instant gratification. The idea is to teach our kids that good things come to those who wait and those who try hard. 

The jar comes decorated with positive phrases to encourage your kids to keep going until they fill the jar with marbles! You can make this jar a personalised reward jar by adding further decorations if you wish. The marbles included with this reward system are beautiful and feature striking patterns and bold colours.
