HOW TO VIEW MY POINTS
Your points balance and tier are at the top of your account page once logged in. This will also tell you how far away you are from the next tier.
HOW TO EARN POINTS
As soon as you sign up you will instantly gain 150 points to your account. Each time you shop you will gain points on your account. For our first tier every £1 spent equals 10 points.

REDEEM REWARDS
Your rewards vouchers are located under 'Claim Your Discount'. Depending on how many points you have collected you will be able to claim 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% & 25%.
To use your discount click ‘redeem’ and paste the code into our checkout promotion box. You don‘t have to use your code now, it will be here waiting until you are ready to claim your discount.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes. Your points will expire after 12 months if left un-redeemed.
CLAIM POINTS AFTER PURCHASE
You can claim points from purchases up to a month ago.
WHAT DOES 'APPROVED' AND 'CANCELLED' STATUSES MEAN?
Approved: These points can be redeemed immediately
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
IS THERE A LIMIT TO POINTS YOU CAN EARN?
No. Go wild and earn as many as you can. The more you earn the more benefits there are for you.
I'VE DROPPED MY CURRENT TIER, WHAT HAPPENED?
Tier points last 12 months, to maintain your tier you must maintain the yearly spend with us to stay in your tier.
I RETURNED PART OF MY ORDER. WILL POINTS USED BE ADDED BACK ONTO MY ACCOUNT?
Unfortunately you will not receive points back for a partial refund.
